MICRO-PERFORATED BAKING MOLD


Glass fiber coated with silicone, useful for portion-sized sweet or savory cakes, superlative for shortbread and puffs. The easy removal of food (both cooked or frozen) ensures perfect presentations. The cooking is uniform even without added fat (it is not necessary to grease the mold).

Triangular shapes. Resistant from -40 °F up to +446 °F (from -40 °C up to +230 °C).To be used with medium-thickness blends.
